edLead Consulting offers Developing/Aspiring Leaders groups in 2022.

 

The groups will provide a professional forum for leaders to explore leadership and make practical links to their daily leadership responsibilities. Sessions will be linked with actions agreed at one session being revisited & reflected upon at the following session.

 

Sessions will include:

• Leadership exploration

• Application of leadership skills into daily work

• Professional reading

• Sharing of practice & identification of effective leadership approaches

• Reflection on personal leadership style, approach & impact
